I’m not sure how to classify American Beauty, but it was good either way. It was kin of weird and creepy, but the book was written well and the movie adaptation was really good.
what the FUCK?! American Beauty is NOT a book! its sam mendes’ debut, written by alan ball. the script got passed around and i think spielberg went ‘hey theres this kid ,lets get him to make a movie under our studio name.’

possibly one of the few potter edits I’ve seen and thought ‘that makes sense, and is aesthetically correct’. not horrible over-saturdated colour vomit and horrible cheesy song quotes.

anyway, more upsetting than the fact that I’m single (it was on its way for a while anyway) is that FACEBOOK WONT SHOW IT! while my other half is getting heartfelt messages, my best friend went on an after exam drinking sesh while i was busy making myself single!
